only my neighbor n i r out of service-the whole neighborhood is ok.but u keep saying outage?

My service has been down since Sunday 2/12/17 morning it's not Tuesday Night 2/14/17 and all I have to show for it's been referred to a specialist with J58832035. I keep being told there's an outage but it's only me and my neighbor that are out of service. the whole neighborhood is ok. I've chatted in a few times and they don't change their story. what's going on?
