internet is constantly freezing

Doesn't matter what I do or where I try to go on the internet, it's constantly freezing. Says "no internet connection" or something similar.

Have you tried any troubleshooting?

Also, what lights do you see on your router?

I've tried all kinds of things. The latest was unplugging the router from the surge protector and plugging directly into wall outlet, and moving the surge pot. further away.This started over 1 year ago. In April AT&T changed me over to fiber optics. Still had the problem. Thought it was my computer, bought a new computer. Still have the problem constantly. It usually say "att not responding" or "no internet connection".

Sorry, I haven't found a solution. Hit wrong button. Then my computer lost connection. Anyone, please, have a solution?
