How do I speak with someone in the states to have my internet issue fixed? I am paying for internet that has not worked in the past 2 going on 3 weeks? this is getting ridiculous. Every single time I call they tell me it will take ten minutes to get someone to the states, the past 3 days I was on hold for over an hour, the first time it was an hour and 15 mins. I screen shot all the times I call so they can see how unprofessional this is. I am ready to leave this company for good. 

 

Is there another number other than the 888-288-2020. They are in the Philippians and cant do anything for me. 

 

Please help...Also is there a number to corporate or email I can complain to? Where I actually will speak with someone from the states?

Did you get your issue fixed? Same problem. Repeated canned responses from people in Philippines.
