Is there an option for an ONT mounted outside?

Is there an option for an ONT mounted outside? There's absolutely no way to run fiber in my house but I have CAT5e that's available outside. It was original used for POTS which we no longer have.

Actually, it hadn't occurred to me to do so. I was so concerned about not
being able to run the fiber inside to get it to my wiring closet, I hadn't
thought about just having the ONT remote on the inside of the house. DOH.

So, yes, the cat5e comes out on the outside wall of my garage. Just pull it
inside, run the fiber through the wall, and mount the ONT and power supply
in the garage. Problem solved.

Thanks.

My ONT was installed outside about 3 months ago.  Was a bit miffed when the technician spliced the power line to run outside, but seems to be working OK so far.

Could you use the existing CAT5 to pull the fiber to your wiring closet?  I really like having the ONT in my wiring closet for diagnostic purposes and in case I need to power cycle it.

I wish. Code here requires any holes drilled through studs for wiring or
plumbing be air sealed with foam. Once the wiring is in and sealed, it's
not going anywhere.
