Netflix slow on Samsung Smart TV

Ever since I got switched to Fiber, Netflix is really slow on my smart TV.  Sometimes it buffers after a few minutes of playing, sometimes after a few seconds.

I tried to disable IPV6 on my modem since I read another post that said that could be the problem.  It hasn't helped, though.

Hi @mwest500,

 

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your Smart TV. Are you connected wired or wireless? If wireless, try connecting hard wired. If not possible, try to eliminate any devices that may cause wireless interference around your TV and gateway. Also, try to move it closer. One other thing that may help is changing the DNS on your Samsung TV. Here is an article that goes over it. Hope this helps.
