We'd be happy to answer your question for you! There are multiple ports on AT&T Internet routers, and this helpful diagram has them labelled for convenience. Please keep in mind the diagram is a standard layout that may not look exactly like the back of your modem or router.
As for which number to plug your Ethernet cable into, that's all up to you! You can plug the cable into any slot you choose, there is no difference between the numbered Ethernet ports.
