Chamberlain B1381 won't connect to Router

We installed a new Chamberlain B1381 garage door opener with WiFi in December. Super easy to connect to our AT&T router. We loved the WiFi connectivity and ability to set rules to close the door if left open at night.

Then in February we changed to AT&T Fiber which brought a new router, Arris BGW210-700 and we have never been able to get the Chamberlain to talk to the router since. I have followed all the standard instructions just like we did the first time with no luck. Obviously it is something with the router. Very frustrating.

Please provide instruction to get our opener talking to the router.

We'll do our best to help. We found the following steps to reconnect your garage opener to your new router through the myQ app. Please give it a try and let us know if it proved helpful...

Tap the Menu.
Tap Device Management.
Tap the hub that you want to update under HUBS.
Tap Change Wi-Fi Settings.
Choose the type of wall control that looks like yours and follow the instructions to activate Wi-Fi learn mode.
In the app tap Next.
Tap Yes, if you hear a beep.
Apple users: tap Join to connect to the network MYQ-NNN. Android users go to step 9.
Select your home Wi-Fi network from the list.
Enter your network password and tap Next. Your garage door opener is now connecting.
Tap Finish on the success screen.
Go back to the Devices screen.

I also facing the same situation Chamberlain B1381 won't connect to Router, I really have no idea how to remove this error windows defender error 577 so I want a solution how to remove this error.
