BWG210-700 and Amplifi HD mesh SEVERE DROP IN SPEED

I have 1 Gbps speed and have verified the wired speed through my Amplifi HD after setting it to bridge mode. The WiFi is only providing a consistent 90 Mpbs / 72Mpbs no matter where I am in relation to the Amplifi HD hub. If I sit right next to the Arris BWG210-700 and connect to it's built-in WiFi, I can get 260 Mbps X 245 Mbps - still a significant drop in WiFi while other customers are getting 500+ both ways. Do I need a new modem? I know the mesh network is operating with optimal settings since there are very few available in bridge mode. Anyone else solve this one?

You might have better luck at an amplifi hd mesh forum. Doesn’t sound like an att problem.

Hi @enoyes!

Thank you for reaching out to us, we'd love to help you! Did you run a speed test on your BGW210 router? Have you check your set up to make sure everything is correct? To get started, please view this great solution on IP passthrough and Bridge Mode with BGW210 Router.

Let us know if this helps!
