Att fiber internet

My AT&T internet fiber went out Tuesday March 12th 2019 I called the first service date I could get would be today March 15th 2019 technician arrived earlier than scheduled he place the repair order for 3 pm for the outside repair man it is now 5:30 none of the AT&T repair people that work on outside have picked up the ticket yet to repair my service so I guess I'm going to be out another day at least wow !!! I am sick of AT&T fiber internet it is not reliable or durable I guess I may have to look into going to a different company
