Why does att.com change promotional prices?

I signed up for DirectTV and internet at a promotional price with a two year contract. Now I've moved and tried to get my services moved to new address and was told that my services was going to be much higher! Well, then you att.com are not holding up their end of the contract so I cancelled my services. Now I get hit with early termination fees.  How can you not hold up your end of the contract, and then hit me with fees? This seems like a scam on AT&T 's part and I am going to launch a social media campaign about AT&T and their shady but practices.  That will not only lose my business but a whole lot more if they try to get the cancellation fees from me because they broke the contract not me.
