Hello @jimhard,
We can definitely answer that question for you. You won't be charged a fee for not enrolling in paperless billing, but there is a bill reprint fee if you should need another copy. If you choose to sign up for paperless billing, you can always View copies of your paper bill online. If you're eligible you can get a discount for having AutoPay and paperless billing.
