Just had fiber installed last month. Payment system won't take my at&t rewards visa debit card.
I just had fiber installed last month and I am on a symmetrical gigabit plan.
I received my At&t visa rewards card in the mail which I was supposed to receive after the install.
As of today August 18th 2018 the at&t website won't take my payment from that specific visa rewards card.
The error message I am getting is as follows:
Your payment was unsuccessful.
First check that your payment info is correct. Then try to make another payment.
Your card wasn’t approved. It might just be a typo, so try entering your information again. If you get this message more than once, contact your card issuer or bank.(PM01474)
The contact number for the visa customer service 855-266-8402 is always busy.
The card is activated and has a balance so I don't know why the card isn't being accepted.
