Joined AT&T Fiber 1000 N/W 3 days back and now its blocking my TV channels Live feed. Why ?

I have recently become AT&T 1000 MBPS Fiber n/w customer (less than a week) and I am observing that all my free news channel that I watch on Amazon TV (NDTV India as an example) are not able to show the live stream. Why is that ? It was working for a couple of days and then it just stopped. This is completely unacceptable. What can be done to fix it?
