I am very very frustrated with all of ATT. I called and requested a move change and they set me up but was unable to hook up the devices because of the wiring. They got the wiring fixed 2 weeks later but in the meantime they cancelled my service and it took 2 days and 7 hours on the phone being transferred to several different depts to find this out. I am done with ATT. As soon as my contract is up with the 4 cell phones I have I will be changing them also. ATT is disorganized and they dont care about the customer
