Horrible service
If this weren't such an abysmal situation, it would be laughable. I didn't listen to my neighbors when they told me what an absolute cluster**** the gigabit service is. Got installed in December. Lots of issues, but it was faster that Spectrum so we stuck with it. We just returned from a two week vacation to find our service completely out. We were notified by ADT while we were gone that our gateway needed to be reset. Anyway, tech comes today (yeah!) and tells me that somehow our cable had been cut inside the AT&T box. Apparently it is cut so short that it can't be repaired. 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS (!!!) to get someone to dig a new line. So, if I understand this correctly, you broke it and we suffer the consequences? Completely unacceptable service. You break it, you own it. Come on Austin AT&T manager. Fix your employees mess.
