Have tried multiple times and multiple ways to change my billing email address, still incorrect
Hi, I signed up for AT&T internet back in August, and when I signed up over the phone, the person who signed me up entered my billing email address incorrectly. Since then I have tried over and over again to try to change it to my correct email address, both on the site and by calling the support phone number, like five times by now, and it is still incorrect. Is there anything else I can do to fix this? It worries me that part of my billing information is potentially going to a stranger's email account. Thank you!

I have the same issue. Following your guidance above I arrive at the "Edit Billing Address" page/tab and the old address information is displayed but can not be changed. Thank you.
