Do not sign up with any extra service

I called about a month ago to decrease my bill I wanted to cancel my second line and the AT&T representative that I spoke with told me that they were having A promotion if I sign-on or Internet service I would get free cable DirecTV I told her that I didn't watch TV and she said that it came with the package for free now a month later I got a bill for DirecTV for 80 bucks +250 from AT&T I call the customer service and wanted to speak to a manager like 10 times already nobody fix this mess they want to charge me for this connection on the DirecTV service and the Internet this connection I was lied to by saying that my bill was going to decrease and end up being 250 more do not trash what they're saying I am very frustrated I can't get them to dispute the charges don't go with AT&T
