Installation service - need to escalate an issue

I'd like to escalate an issue regarding a new equipment installation and a service move for multiple lines and fiber.  I cannot find an organizational chart that will allow me to reach out to my direct contact's boss to see about getting the issue expedited.  Where can I find this?  I'll be glad to share the service ticket number via direct message.
