After submitting request for a registration code, the web page states: You will be called at the phone number we have on record for your account

 

How long before AT&T calls my number to tell me the code?

I am trying to help my mother to set up an online account for the account in question.

I submitted information at this link: BusinessDirect® - Self Registered - Get Registration Code and selected the option to be called at billing telephone number on record which is 610 562 7862 (residence of my Mother).So far, no call back has occurred.
