Enhanced call features not working


Enhanced call features not working



For nearly a month, with the help of our ATT rep, we are trying to get our enhanced call features working.


We need mainly call forwarding and three way calling. Contacted many departments, but it seems all ask me to call the 800-221-0000 number then do prompts 2 then 3.


I have been trying that option since our rep Irene told us about it. We call, we get the message that everyone is busy and to leave our info. We leave our info, and we never hear from them.


I am the BusinessDirect admin, and I even tried to enable these features from the BD portal. Apparently I should have that ability. No luck in that area as well.


Our BD username is kemperas1.


Would anyone from that department be able to contact us.
