Business Direct Online Account Deactivated

Business Direct Online Account Deactivated

My account has been deactivated and I'm given a message to contact my AT&T sales rep or company admin.  I don't know what that means or have contact info.  I have tried calling 800-221-0000 and haven't been able to talk to anyone.  I just need my account reactivated.  Please help!
