12 or 13 digit account number?

I tried to register online for ATT Business Direct online access.

https://www.businessdirect.att.com/portal/smallbusiness/sruserregister.jsp?fromSBC=true

I entered my 12 digit account number. I got an error message saying account number must be 13 digits.
