Information keeps getting rejected!


Information keeps getting rejected!

Tried to recharge my card and it kept rejecting my info. I called my bank and there is no problem there. Have tried to get through to a customer service representative, but it either cuts off or rings busy . Am totally frustrated after a few hours of trying. Help!

Please let us know what error message you're seeing specifically. If you've been trying online, have you tried using a different browser? You can also clear the cache and cookies, then try again.


You can also view our support page to learn about different methods for refilling your card. You can do so online, over the phone, or through Star Services.
