msvcr90.dll error message

Hello,
direct after start I got the message "Network access client"
AppName: netclient.exe, AppVer 7.7.3.3001 ModName: msvcr90.dll ModVer. 9.0.30729.4148 Offset: 00031484
I have tried everythink. Full deinstallation. Clearning registration. Installation new version, installation old version, but nothing helps. I have Windows XP with Service Pack 3. I installed 8.1.2, but I also tried 7.7 and got the same error message.
