error 118 no response from vpn endpoint during authentication

Iam getting error to connect via AT&T very frequently. some times it works and manny times it fails.

 

Error message:

 

login to VPN server (error! error 118 no response from vpn endpoint during authentication. this can occur if IP protocal 50(IPSec ESP) or UDP protocol 4500 is blocked by a firewall or IPsec passthrough is not enabled on your home router.

login to vpn server 122.248.161.123 (error !error 243 ssl protocol negotiation failed. (243))

Please attach the support logs to this post for review.

 

Open the AT&T Global Network Client, click on help and create supprot log.    Please attach the full zip file.
