VoIP not working on Global Network Client

Depending on the order in which the programs were installed, sometimes Voice Over IP (VoIP) software might not work over a connection established by the AT&T Global Network Client.  This can sometimes happen if the adapters in the Windows Network Control panel are not in the order needed by the VoIP software.

To change the order of the adapters, open the Network Control Panel.  Click on the Advanced Settings.


On the Advanced Settings dialog you can use theee up and down arrows to re-order the adapters.
