Hello, if the trash has been emptied you can try the following steps:

1) Do you have the installer for AGNC 1.6.x agnc_mac.pkg file? If not you can obtain it from this directory -

ftp://ftp.attglobal.net/pub/client/apple/mac/

2) Obtain the same version 1.6.x (there is 1.6.0 & 1.6.1, click on appropriate directory to ge the .pkg file) agnc_mac.pkg file and install it on another Mac.

3) Create directory \Applications\AT&T Global Network Client if it doesn't exist on the Mac that is messed up.

4) Send the \Applications\AT&T Global Network Client\AT&T Global Network Client Uninstaller.app file from the good Mac to the bad and place it in the correct directory

5) Run the uninstaller app

Thank you.

Hello, can you provide some additional information per below, thanks.

  1. What version of MAC are you running? Currently up to 10.11 is supported.
  2. If you had an older version of AGNC installed already & had to upgrade, did you allow AGNC to upgrade, or did you move AGNC to the trash(this would pose an issue)?
  3. Did you install from this link - http://www.corp.att.com/agnc/mac/
  4. What error are you getting?

Thank You

Hello, if the trash has been emptied you can try the following steps to remove the OLD version properly:

As for Sierra it is not yet supported.  Please check back regularly at this site for updates –
