Please attach the support log and a screen shot of device manager to review.
Support Log
Opent the AT&T Global Network Client, click on Help and Create Support Log.
Device Manager
Click on Start-> Control Panel-> System
Select the hardware tab and then device manager.
At the top, click on VIEW and select "show hidden devices".
Expand or ‘open’ Network Adapters
Thank you.

Normally this error occurs if something is preventing the AGN adapter from installing correctly.
This is usually resolved by disabling the security software and making sure the user is running with administrative privileges.
What security software are you running? if the error still occured after uninstalling your security software then something else is preventing the adapter from being installed correclty. Are you installing the AT&T Global Network Client as an administrator?
