Please verify that your network adapter is enabled and the vpn client feature has been installed
I am an IBM employee and trying to install ATT VPN Client version 9.3.2 for my window 10 laptop. I keep getting the error "Please verify your network adapter is enabled and the VPN client feature has been installed".
My network adapter is enabled.
I did unintall the client and then reinstalled it with my security SW turned off.
Not sure what else to do it make it work.

Hello, Windows 10 is supported only with AGNC version 9.7 & above. This version can be obtained by the below link. As for the IBM package version you may want to check with your Customer Point of Contact to see what the roadmap might be for the upgrade.

Hello friends
I'm having some issues trying to install AT&T vpn client version10.0.580.
When installation is 50% and above the at&t folder is created and the desktop icon as well, but when this instalation is about to finish, then the folder and the icon is deleted, the instalator not show anything wrong.
Any idea to solve this problem?
