Hi expert:
When I connect the VPN, error message popup: Please verify that your network adapter is enabled and the VPN Client feature has been installed. I un/reinstall the VPN client but doesn't work.
Here is the log:

NetClient +I 11/04 15:42:37.388 1ACC: Do 'Disconnect' (no result required)...
NetClient +I 11/04 15:42:37.395 1ACC: ---------- Change state to 'BeforeDisconnecting'. ----------

The file AgnLog Jan 06 151038 2017.zip does not have a valid extension for an attachment and has been removed. jpg,gif,doc,pdf,docx,png are the valid extensions.
Pls where can I normally send it?

I know this forum is old, but HELP!
I am a level 2 GBT tech
I have this error over and over for one of my clients
adapter is enabled 100%
he is on windows 10, its a tablet
I have tried everything under the sun
it worked at one point
need to brainstorm if you have some time
