Not picking up wifi connection

Not picking up wifi connection

I am logged into wifi but my att network client is not picking up the connection. When I hover over the wifi symbol, it says status:  your user id is not yet authorized for wifi access.  

I was just logged in last night with no issues and use this every day as i work from home.  How can I fix this?
