Mac book share drive connection issue via AT&T network client

 

User fail to connect to company share drive via AT&T network client in Mac book.

It is working fine in company network environment.

We guided user to change the server name into IP address, both fail.

Please kindly help with the issue, thank you.

 

 

· Service type: Mac book share drive connection issue with AT&T

Error: Server may not exist or it is unavailable

Connect via IP address will face authorization issue saying password incorrect.
