Internet is not working in VPN

Are you able to ping any known server in your intranet and/or the some public server (google, yahoo, etc)?

I'm not sure but I gues I'can ping them. I didn't try that and right now I'm not at my home (and I won't be during next two weeks) so I can't check that.  Actually, I can also connect to remote UNIX server (corporate) as well but I don't have access to command line (for my account)..

The strange think is that I tried this VPN from 3 different Cities with 3 different providers and it was working OK via all of them. Only the provider in my city is the one I have troubles with. I was calling there to ask if they are blocking something or not and they are blocking only ports 10 000 and 25. Thats all. And they told me that the problem is not on their side because I'm able to connect to VPN.... However as I mentioned earlier, I don't have this problem with another provider. So im almost 100% sure that there is something wrong with my provider. Or maybe there is something wrong with Remote Default geatway once I'm connected to VPN.. (In Win, the VPN client should has option to cancel Remote DG but I can find something like that in AT&T client).

FYI: I tried to check/uncheck this option in preferences "Negotiate UDP encap. with VPN server for NAT". but didn't help...

I'm hopeless about this situation. Christmas are comming and in this situation I have to stay in office

If you know what could be wrong, or what I have to check with my provider, will be great if you can share that with me

I have a similar issue as the one reported here. I work with Laptopconnect edition version 8.1.1.3002. I can build the VPN to my company via home office (set top box) but after a short period of time the internet crash (a few minutes, variable from time to time). I can't connect to any internet websites any longer (google, yahoo,...). Most of the time, I can continue working on the intranet. I have sometimes a similar problem in the office.

The problem appeared with my new laptop which is working with Windows 7. Everything is looking as if the laptop tries to connect to internet through the internet connections without using the VPN and then failed.

Do you know what could be the problem? Is my access not properly built?

I was able to connect the VPN using AT&T internet, but I was not able access office applications. When I tried with mobile hotspot from home via VPN, it was working fine without any issues so I assume it could be an issue with At&T internet connection.

It was working fine before two weeks with the same AT&T connection and it did not change any settings since then.

Please upload the support logs so we can investigate further.  Open the AT&T Global Network Client, click on Help and Create Support Log.

Please select Upload, fill out the for and Submit.   Please type "Forum" for ticket number.
