Client hangs while trying to enter password on Chinese or Korean operating system

There was an issue with the AT&T Global Network Client Versions 7.0 and 7.0.1 where the client would hang when attempting to enter a password or pin on Chinese and Korean Windows operating systems.  After several minutes the client would display a prompt indication "The password must be at least 3 characters".

This issue was resolved in Version 7.0.2.  If you encounter this issue, please upgrade your client to Version 7.0.2 or later.
