My business (speech analytics) has partnered with a company that has provided us with AT&T recorded audio files for analysis. However, we are struggling to get the correct codec to play the audio files. I've identified the Codec, but it's not playable in windows media, VLC, or any other format. The provider of the files can play it, but they seem to have no idea HOW they are able to do so. Any advice?
