Please send us the support logs so we can investigate further. Open the AT&T Global Network Client, click on Help and Create Support Log.
Select Upload, fill out the form and submit.
If the AT&T Global Network Client stops working before you are unable to submit, please try to access the logs through NetHelp.exe
Right click on Start and open Windows Explorer.
Go to Computer -> System (C): -> Program Files -> AT&T Global Network Client -> NetHelp.exe
Open NetHelp.exe and click on Gather Logs
