AT&T Global Network Client Crashing

Hi guys,

 

I'm running the latest version (9.8.2.3002) with Windows 10.

It was supposed to detect internet and auto connect to VPN.

However, it freezes all buttons and does not detect any internet connection. The Connect button is grey (unavailable) and no internet connection is available.

 

If anyone knew a solution, please, let me know. Thank you!!!

Hi,

 

Now it's working.

What was done?

1. Remove installation

2. Reboot

3.Re-install

4. Open the software

5. Help > Check for Updates

6. Perform the update

7. Reboot
