AT&T Dialer drops every 30 seconds to 5 mins - This is both on Windows 10 and Windows 7
I thought maybe it was my home network - but I had my cable company come out and replace both modem and router and I still am having the issue of At&T not staying connected. I work for IBM from home and this is NON PRODUCTIVE.. PLEASE HELP

Hello,
Can you please upload the support logs so we can investigate further? Open the AT&T Global Network Client, click on Help and Create Support Log. Please select Upload, fill out the form and submit. Please let us know once the logs have been uploaded.

I think they were uploaded. It kept erroring out saying I wasnt connected. I didnt have a ticket number to put in.
