I have a 2Gig Go Control alarm panel that uses an AT&T wireless modem that I would like to connect through my MicroCell (Black DPH-154). The issue is that the panel's phone number: 577-619-XXXX is rejected as ineligible. I get one bar at best from my local AT&T towers so I don't understand why my famiy's iPhones won't connect consistently to our (new) Microcell. I seem to be able to force a connection by temporarly switching off cellular data on the phone. And I get all five bars when it does connect. Anyone have any suggestions? I recieved two iPhone 6's today as upgrades. The iPhones they replaced had no issue connecting ot the Microcell. Even though the phone number of the iPhone 6's are provisioned with the Microcell, they have failed to connect for over 3 hours. I have tried rebooting the phones and Microcell, which did not resolve the issue.

My phones will not hold onto M-Cell signal, and will not automatically connect to the M-Cell when I arrive home/come back from outage unless I power cycle or cycle in/out of airplane mode! I have an AT&T Microcell. The voice side is working perfectly but I can't get MMS at all or access the internet unless the wifi is connected. I've called Customer Service multiple times but have not gotten a solution yet...Please help!! This is happening on 2 devices connected to the Microcell...MMS works fine once back on AT&T network. Hi, Our other phones display "ATT Microcell" next to 5 bars on the status line. My Lumia 1520 doesn't always connect and show 5 bars. Is it normal for the Windows phone to NOT display the words? Thanks.
