Ordered the Cisco AT&T Microcell model #DPH154 due to only getting two bars with my new blackberry priv. This house is less than 2 years old and the last house built in the neigherboorhood of aboput 250+ homes. This issue was supposedly resolved and it is not. When I attach a picture to a message it does not send when I am on the 3 g Microcell. I can unplug the Microcell and it sends it just fine. This happens on my Samsung Note Edge and my wife's I phone 4.

I am no longer with att and I want to deactivate my microcell to resell to someone who needs one. How do I insuse it is deactivated and can be used by the next person?

I have a AT&T micro cell that has recently started to drop calls. I have Comcast cable connected to a Dlink DIR-615 Wireless Router. The AT&T Microcell (Cisco 153) is connected to a port on the wireless router. The lights on the microcell are green, however the call drops after a couple of minutes. I have a galaxy s6 which is brand new. I have WiFi and full service with a microcell and my phone hangs up on every phone call after maybe 2 minutes. I need this fixed! Please help!

I just went to "Manage Your MicroCell" to add an additional approved user. I found that my entire list of approved users was gone...all entries were blank. That included my wife's and my cell numbers....they were gone. I find now that each time I start the process of managing my MicroCell I have to click to select which our our two cell phones the MicroCell is linked to. ...

The Power light and internet light are steady green, the satellite light is flashing every 3 seconds, the signal strength light is flashing approx every 5-6 seconds. This all started yesterday morning. I have the older MCell and have a external antenna hooked up next to a window. I have reset my cable modem, Router, and mcell several times, no luck yet
