S6 edge cannot find AT&T MicroCell in my house

Question

I have minimal cell tower coverage where I live, so have had an at&t micro cell tower for many years. My wife has a s6 edge and it will not connect to the micocell. I try Network Operators>Search for AT&T MicroCell and the response is, 'Failed to connect to mobile network via AT&T MicroCell. Try again.'

I have rebooted my router and the Micro Cell several times, with no success. All the other phones in the house are connecting to the MicroCell just fine (and always have).

Any ideas?

It's added to the approved user list? If so I would simply cycle into airplane mode until it connects. The best way to verify is to go to ABOUT DEVICE - STATUS - SIM CARD STATUS - And check where it says Network Operator. It should say AT&T Microcell

Follow the advice of David606 and then get back to us. If the other phones connect with no problems then it's more than likely a setting with the S6 and not the MicroCell. The MicroCell is not selective is which phones connect to it.
