Older microcell tower with new account

I have a microcell tower that is connected to an old account with an old number. Have a new AT&T account and want to use the tower. How do I disconnect it from old account and add to new account. My signal now is not even a bar, it's a dot!

@Jerrydee977 - the owner of the old account (if that is you) needs to go to your myAT&T MicroCell Settings page and delete the device there. Wait an hour or so for the request to make it thru the system and then go thru the registration/activation setup again. As long as you still have a post paid AT&T account you should be good to go.
