@PRGM2501 - this is the wrong forum for that question. To properly answer your coverage question you need to ask the FCC about their rules and regulations and what it takes to get better tower coverage and better bandwidth.
Att is NOT responsible to provide you with LTE coverage everywhere. They don't have to provide you with any service everywhere. You are paying to use ATT service WHERE AVAILABLE.
ATT coverage is not provided everywhere, any more than Verizon, T Mobile to Sprint provide everywhere. Whether or not you use ATT is your choice, no one is forcing you to stay.
