My microcell has been working fine. It is now lit up red.
I have had my microcell for about 2 years and it has been working fine. It is now lit up red and not working. I have unplugged it for over an hour and restarted it several times. This has not helped. Any suggestions?

@mbarker25 - we need more info. Which MicroCell, white or black? Which light is red, and is it solid or flashing? See my Quick Tips (link in my sig line). It could be as simple as a failing or failed ac adapter.
