@mapravia - which MicroCell, the white or black model?
Did you purchase it new or used?
I assume the M-Cell alpha tag is not visible on your phones?
What kind of phones, and did you turn them off for a few minutes and then back on again after you activated the MicroCell?
Did you receive a message from AT&T that indicated you had successfully activated your MicroCell?
Who is you ISP?

Are we to assume that you meant your cells are NOT getting a signal? Otherwise, I'm confused and we certainly need more information as Otto indicated.
