M-Cell
Why will one of cell phones, the I-phone 8 not work on M-Cell in my House? Same phone number new phone. I can not get into my M-Cell account either. I just keep getting to myATT to add my home phone account. Evertime I try to add the other account I get no result. Frustrated Again.

@rp4242 - turn the iPhone 8 completely off, wait a minute or so and then turn the phone back on. It could be that the new phone needs to register the MicroCell as part of its cellular neighborhood.
The MicroCell has been discounted as of the end of 2017 so WiFi-C is what AT&T, and us recommend now. WiFi-C is available on iPhone’s SE and above.
Do do not use the mobile app to access your myATT MicroCell Settings page because the app is old and the developer hasn’t and won’t update it.
