Green network light is flashing

Tower worked well for approximately 2 years. Now the green network light (top light on the tower) is flashing and phones are showing no service from the tower. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting power but still flashes with no service to phones. Bottom 3 lights are solid green. What is the problem and how do I fix it? Can't call tech support because there is no cell service at our location. That's why we got the tower.

@Lgbabs - did you lose power due to weather? If so, it's possible that the adapter got fried. I would try to power cycle your entire system (router/modem/gateway) and then the MicroCell. If that doesn't work, then check the adapter with a voltmeter. It should read 16VDC +/- 0.5 with no load. If not, replace the adapter with one of the same rating. We are seeing more of these issues now that the weather is stormy on the East Coast.

On the black MicroCell, the top light is the 3G light. Is it flashing green or red?
