@nrharper - probably not. The free MicroCell was a promotional program that ended years ago. Every now and then AT&T will send out replacements to customers who's MicroCell Support has determined "died" but usually those are refurbs and done on a case by case basis. To get a brand new MicroCell (the black DPH-154) AT&T may give you a discount if you were a previous owner but that too is not guaranteed.
If your old white MicroCell has stopped working correctly, it might be a good idea to check the ac adapter first to make sure that it's not the adapter that has failed or is failing. Test it with a voltmeter. It should read 16VDC +/- 0.5 with no load.
It doesn't hurt to ask Customer Service nicely for another free Mcell but don't be surprised if they won't give you one. You may be able to get a discounted price or some credit on your AT&T bill, however.
In the past, AT&T was more receptive to issuing free Mcells to customers in areas of known poor coverage but from what we've seen recently, that isn't happening much anymore. I received a free Mcell 5 years ago because of poor coverage in my area.
You should consider WiFi Calling as an alternative to a Mcell if you have WiFI-C capable phones. I've had both and WiFi-C wins hands-down in my book for call quality and reliability.

@nrharper - I should have mentioned WiFi-C as an option as @Avedis53 pointed out above. He keeps me on track when I start to slip

Every time I look on eBay there are tons of microcells, new black ones, on sale cheap. Just make sure its clear of the previous customers account.

@lizdance40 @nrharper - there's a short section in my Tech Guide on what one should look for, and ask, when purchasing a used MicroCell.
