I received a text message saying something about my address linked to the Microcell but I haven’t moved or even moved the location of where I have the microcell but now it won’t reconnect. Does anyone know why?

@robj1978 - what kind of internet service do you have, DSL, cable, or fiber? Do you live in a rural area with a road/route/po box address?
Which MicroCell do you have and what does the light pattern look like?
