password reset

I'm not sure this is the proper forum for my question but hopefully someone can help me.

Our online retail store uses Yahoo Business email.  We'd like to reset our password.  Seems like it should be a simple job but I've been unsuccessful.  AT&T tells me I need to contact Yahoo and Yahoo keeps directing me back to AT&T which won't let me log in.

Our Yahoo user ID is suburbansports but our email address through Yahoo is admin@suburbansport.com

Can someone give me some guidance how to fix this?  A former employee has access to all our emails including our online orders.

Hello @gymnast46

Is your email set up through AT&T? Do you have an active AT&T Internet service? Just trying to figure out if this is something AT&T tech support can help with or if needs to be addressed by Yahoo.

Thank you,

Dmitriy

We do have our business internet and phone service through AT&T.  Our online store used to be hosted by Yahoo Shopping so we originally went with them for email addresses and still use Yahoo Business email.  I can log into that dashboard and see all our IDs but there is no option for changing passwords.

Form the myAT&T page I'm unable to log in with either our Yahoo address or our suburbansport.com address.  I am able to log into Yahoo Mail but trying to change the password directs me back to AT&T.
