Hi. I can only see about a month's worth of emails (I use ameritech.net) How do I see prior emails from earlier months and years?? They are not in any other folder, except for a few from 2012 in "untitled 7" folder. Thanks, Steve

I dont see any reason that any emails would or should dissapear if they are in the inbox, i know that spam folders are deleted after 30 days but not sure about trash folder.id try going to your main email page and type in a known missing email, subject then click search mail to see if it finds something that way, they may be going into an archive folder

Thanks. When I type something in the search box, it shows only sent emails from the past. I don't see anything archived.

I'm having the same issue. My searches only find very recent FROM emails but only SENT emails going back a year. I'm searching for emails from people and I only see my replies to them.
This seems to be a new issue with the new email.

I spent an hour on the phone with ATT, they logged remotely into my mac, and agreed it is not normal. They are escalating the issue and will look into prior changes and updates to the email system to figure out what's going on. I have had this ameritech.net email many years. Ameritech became SBC, then Yahoo then ATT/Yahoo. They speculate something happened at some point during all those transitions. They also thought it might be due to my browser or that I use a mac, but same happens if I use safari, firefox, google chrome, or a windows computer. They will get back to me within a few days.
